Meet The Team

Specializing in comprehensive investment planning, goal setting, retirement planning, and divorce guidance, Matthew has been helping clients realize their financial dreams and goals for over 20 years. Matthew prides himself on his ability to assist clients with optimal goal setting for their unique financial circumstances while implementing wealth management strategies to help turn those goals into a reality.

Matthew graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a degree in Business. Upon graduation, he began working for GE Healthcare in 1999. After a few years, he left GE Healthcare in 2001 to pursue a career in the financial services industry with Morgan Stanley and then Wells Fargo Advisors in 2009.

Outside the office, Matthew enjoys being active. He is routinely training for the Pewaukee Triathlon. Some of his favorite ways to stay active and train are cycling, weights, and hiking in Menomonee Park. Matthew also loves spending time with his wife and children. On weekends you can probably find him coaching his kids during their various sports and activities. Matthew is also a huge Green Bay Packers Fan.

Since 2003, Casey has enjoyed guiding his clients and their families towards achieving their long-term financial goals and helping them form new ones as their goals become a reality. As a Financial Advisor, Casey specializes in helping his clients implement comprehensive strategies in the areas of retirement and income planning, portfolio construction, investment selection, and wealth preservation. Casey also consults for corporate retirement plans helping business owners setup and maintain their company 401(k) plan.

Casey is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with degrees in both Economics and Spanish. After graduation, he began working for TCF Bank as Manager of Consumer Lending. In 2003, Casey returned home to the Milwaukee area, where he joined the family business as a Financial Advisor.

Outside the office, you can often find Casey with his wife, at one of their three daughters’ sporting events or dance recitals. He enjoys golfing, running, softball, and traveling with his family.

Since 2012, Steven has specialized in the research of market trends and analytical aspects of investment planning. Steven has earned a reputation for his innate ability to break down complex investment decisions into simplified and understandable components to help his clients effectively weigh all the variables and offer clear guidance and rationale for financial decisions.

Steven has a diverse educational background contributing to his breadth of knowledge. He attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he studied English and Physics. After graduation, Steven went on to study law at Marquette Law School, where he received his Juris Doctor degree. He then began working at Hartman Law Office as an Associate Attorney until 2012 when he joined Wells Fargo Advisors.

Outside the office, Steven enjoys spending time with his young family and their many pets. Some of his hobbies include playing guitar, reading, drawing, solving puzzles, learning new things, and trying new food.

For over 40 years, Bill has specialized in serving families for multiple generations to simplify their investment planning needs for years to come. Bill helps families implement comprehensive retirement, income, and estate planning strategies and deploys his expertise of bonds and equities in order to achieve their unique long-term financial goals.

In 1972, Bill graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Upon graduation, he began working in marketing and public relations until 1978 when he left that field to pursue a career in the financial services industry with Dean Witter. Bill had a successful transition into the world of finance and went on to manage several branch offices for Morgan Stanley and became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional in 1984 (relinquished 10/2024).

When away from the office, Bill and his wife Jeannie stay busy keeping up with their large family. Together they have 4 adult children and 11 grandchildren. On a typical weekend, you can find the family spending time together outdoors camping, canoeing, and hiking. Some of Bill’s favorite hobbies include riding his motorcycle, reading, writing, and traveling with his wife.

Since 1985 Bill has focused on pursuing his passion for helping individuals, families, and business owners achieve their financial goals. To turn their dreams into a reality, William helps his clients by developing customized investment, financial, retirement, and estate planning strategies tailored to their unique financial circumstances.

Bill graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a degree in business. After graduation, he began his career as a financial advisor with Dean Witter, Morgan Stanley, and Wells Fargo Advisors before helping form BKM Wealth Management.

BIll and his wife are avid bike riders and sports enthusiasts, both collegiate and professional. His favorite teams are the Green Bay Packers and the Wisconsin Badgers. He also enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors.

Matt Kabitzke is BKM Wealth Management's Director of Tax Planning. He provides BKM's clients with comprehensive tax planning including Medicare premium planning, Affordable Care Act subsidies, Social Security timing, realized/unrealized capital gains/losses, Roth conversions, income realization strategies and more. Additionally, clients may choose to have their income taxes prepared and filed by Matt.

Matt received his master's in accounting from UW-Whitewater, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 20 years of experience in personal income tax planning. When Matt isn't helping clients make tax-smart choices, he enjoys spending time with his wife and eight children.

In 1995, Jackie entered the financial services industry, working as an intern for Bill Berrall. As the practice grew, she also began working with Bill Manders, and the three of them have been together for over 18 years. Today, Jackie serves as the Director of Operations for BKM Wealth Management. She specializes in financial operations, account administration, and creating outstanding client service experiences for BKM's clients. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Joe, and their two daughters, Gia and Lilly.

Sarah joined BKM Wealth Management to help maintain the firm's high levels of client service. She has a Sociology degree from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee. Prior to joining BKM she worked for Kohl's at their corporate headquarters and ran her own floral design company. She resides in Oconomowoc with her husband, two children, and their dog. In their free time, they enjoy exploring new parks, traveling, and spending time with extended family.
